Terms of Use

Last updated: October 17, 2026

License

Use of Multiview Live is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms supplement it.

Purchases

Upgrades such as Pro are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Multiview Live for iPhone & iPad and Multiview Live for Mac are separate apps and are purchased separately. A purchase applies to all devices with the same Apple ID that run that app. Payment, refunds and Family Sharing follow the App Store’s rules. Use Restore Purchase in the app to unlock a purchase on a new device.

Use in live productions

Multiview Live sends commands to your own equipment (for example via Bitfocus Companion or ProPresenter). Use in live productions is at your own risk. Networks, Wi-Fi and other devices can fail or lag. Always keep a fallback for critical switching, such as the vision mixer’s own control panel.

Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Statutory claims, for example under product liability law, remain unaffected.

Third-party services

The app works together with software and services from other providers (Bitfocus Companion, NDI®, VDO.Ninja, ProPresenter, Blackmagic Desktop Video). Those providers are responsible for their availability and function. Multiview Live is not affiliated with these companies.
