ProPresenter
See and trigger slides right from Multiview Live – with a tally frame around the active slide.
Multiview Live talks directly to the ProPresenter API. You see the slides of the current presentation and trigger them with a tap – no second device needed. ProPresenter isn’t limited in the free trial.
Setup
You need ProPresenter 7.9 or newer.
- In ProPresenter: turn on Settings → Network → Enable Network. Note the IP address and port.
- In the app: Settings → PROPRESENTER → Enable ProPresenter.
- Open ProPresenter settings and enter host and port. If ProPresenter runs on the Companion computer, tap Take over IP from Companion.
Open ProPresenter
- Swipe in from the right edge – like turning to a second screen. Swipe from the left edge to go back.
- Or tap the > button in the top bar.
- iPad: swipe once more to reach the Combined view with multiview, Companion and ProPresenter side by side.
The ProPresenter page
- The slides of the active presentation as thumbnails – tap a slide to trigger it.
- At the top you switch playlists and jump to the previous or next presentation. Follow ProPresenter keeps the view on what’s currently running.
- CUT and FADE at the bottom switch just like in the multiview.
The colored frame around the slide
If you choose the Companion buttons for the red and green tally of your ProPresenter source in the ProPresenter settings, the frame shows:
- Yellow – ProPresenter shows the slide, but the mixer doesn’t yet.
- Green – the slides are on preview in the mixer.
- Red – the slides are on air.
More options
- Mini Monitor – shows a camera field of your choice small next to CUT/FADE, so you see the picture while firing slides.
- Video countdown – remaining time of a running video in ProPresenter.
- DSK button – an extra button, e.g. for lower thirds.
- Adjust size – show slides smaller or larger.
