Short answers to the most common questions about Multiview Live for Mac.

Which vision mixers does it work with?

Any mixer Bitfocus Companion can control – e.g. ATEM, vMix or OBS. The multiview picture has to reach the Mac via USB, a Blackmagic device, your network or VDO.Ninja.

Do I need internet?

Only for VDO.Ninja. USB, Blackmagic, network sources, Companion and ProPresenter all run on your local network.

Is it a subscription?

No. The trial is free, Pro is a one-time purchase – see Free trial and Pro.

Does my purchase also work on iPhone and iPad?

No. Multiview Live for iPhone & iPad is a separate app with its own purchase. Pro does apply to all Macs with your Apple ID.

Can I see the picture on my iPhone at the same time?

Yes – the free Multiview Live Sender sends a video signal from your Mac to iPhone or iPad with very low latency.

Is there sound?

With VDO.Ninja, yes. The other sources show the picture only.

What data does the app collect?

None. No tracking, no analytics. All settings stay on your Mac.
